Facility Units for Film & TV Productions UK
The Physical Infrastructure of Your Unit Base.
Facility units form the physical infrastructure of a unit base on location - production office, wardrobe, makeup and technical vehicles, sourced and managed by Film Unit Car.
What Facility Units Actually Are
Facility units are the large articulated vehicles that form the physical infrastructure of a unit base - production office, wardrobe, makeup and hair, and art department, all housed in dedicated mobile units.
Every location shoot needs them in some combination. Without an on-site production office or wardrobe unit, a shoot away from a studio simply has nowhere to run the production from.
Productions sourcing facility units look for reliability, correct configuration for their department needs, and a supplier who can position and service the units throughout a shoot.

How Facility Units Work On Location
Facility units are driven to location, positioned according to the unit base plan, connected to power and water where required, and become the production's working environment for the shoot.
