We charge by the production day, not the hour. That is how film transport is budgeted and how it should be invoiced.
Standard Day Rate
From £250
per 12-hour production day + expenses + VAT

Overtime — From Hour 13
1.5x Per Hour
Pre-agreed with the production office. Charged in full hours only. If the unit wraps at 12 hours 20 minutes, you pay one overtime hour, not two.

Multi-Day and Block Bookings
For productions running a week or more, we agree a block rate upfront and hold it for the length of the shoot. Same driver, same vehicle, wherever possible, continuity matters on a unit.
Block rates are confirmed on the PO before the production starts. No renegotiation mid-shoot.
Note: Airport transfers, hotel pickups and standalone talent moves are quoted separately as fixed transfers, not day rates.
